Passport
Required on every route, including Anguilla and St. Barth. Dutch-side residents: bring your ID card plus a passport for Anguilla.
Check-in
Great Bay Express and Makana: 30–45 min before at Bobby's Marina, Philipsburg. Voyager: 30 min before at the Marigot ferry terminal. Anguilla public ferry: buy your ticket at the Marigot terminal window, cash.
Taxes
Marigot terminal charges a €7 head fee (ages 4+). Anguilla charges $11 for a day trip or $28 if you stay over 12 hours. St. Barth ferries include port fees in the ticket.
Seasickness
The St. Barth channel is the roughest crossing; Voyager from Marigot is calmer than the Philipsburg route on a north swell. Sit low and mid-ship.
